I offer HIPPA compliant virtual therapy throughout the state of CA
I intend to provide in-person options for clients local to the Pasadena and Los Angeles areas around the late Summer to Winter of this year
There is also a potential to engage in sessions outdoors in relationship with nature *feel free to ask if you’re curious about this and we can go over more details then
Fees
One-on-one individual therapy: $185

Providing accessible therapy is important to me. If you are interested in working together but my fee is a barrier, please feel free to contact me to ask about the possibility of sliding scale services during a consultation. With more insight, I’ll be able to figure out if I can provide services based on what you can afford and what that may look like as we move forward.
Commonly Asked Questions

I currently do not take insurance directly through my practice.
Services may be covered (partially or fully) by your health insurance, based on guidelines they have established for out-of- network providers. To determine what your benefits are, you can ask questions like the ones provided below.
What are my mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How much does my insurance cover for an out-of-network mental health provider?
How many sessions are covered each year?
I can provide you with a monthly statement called a superbill which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Unfortunately I am not able to guarantee reimbursement from any insurance company so ensuring to check with them beforehand will help greatly.

Yes! I have a part of my practice dedicated to working with clients on a sliding scale. I understand that therapy is a notable financial investment with everyone having varying levels of accessibility to services due to systemic, familial, and personal factors.
If you are interested in working together but my fee is a barrier, please feel free to contact me to ask about the possibility of sliding scale services during a consultation and I’d be happy to discuss this more with you then!

Sliding scale services are essentially options for reduced fee services so that a service can be more accessible to folks who would otherwise not be able to afford the full rate.
In my practice, this is offered on an honor system and I will not ask for any income verification. I fully understand that finances can be a sensitive subject, and I also trust that we can talk openly about a fee that honors both of our needs within the broader systems that we live in.
For more information on a sliding scale model that I draw from, feel free to find an article and infographic by Alexis J. Cunningfolk here: https://www.wortsandcunning.com/blog/sliding-scale

I offer a free 15-20 minute video or phone consultation for individuals who may be interested in working together.
During this time, we can introduce ourselves, and I'll invite you to share a nutshell about what’s bringing you to therapy at this time in your life.
I’ll share whether my training and experience align with your current needs and you’re welcome to ask more about my approach and any other logistics (e.g. scheduling, fees, etc.).
You can schedule a free consultation through any of the following paths!
Filling out the brief form to connect below.
Clicking the contact button on the top right corner of my website and completing the form to connect there.
Calling or texting (213) 222- 8015 and leaving a message with your availability for the week (dates & time blocks).
Emailing me directly at connect@arielleeholistictherapy.info with your availability for the week (dates & time blocks).
* I’ll reach out as soon as possible (likely in one-two days). If you haven’t received a response after two days, there may have been a technical glitch and you are welcome to reach out again.

This can vary overall, but generally I’ll invite you to share about what’s calling you to seek therapy now in your life.
We can discuss what has worked well for you in therapy in the past, what didn’t go as well, and what you’re hoping for in this process—and if you’re new to therapy that’s totally welcome too!
I’ll invite you to ask me any questions about my approach and what our work may look like together.
We’ll discuss aspects of confidentially, logistics regarding scheduling and cancellations, fees and payments, and other facets of your well-being.

The frequency of our sessions will depend on the current amount of support you are seeking (which may shift over time) and we can collaborate on would feel best for you.
Generally I would suggest starting with weekly sessions (which may reduce over time) or appointments every other week.

I totally want you to feel comfortable and supported in your therapy experience and for it to be highly aligned with your needs.
If after a free consultation, I don’t seem like the right fit for you that is absolutely okay and I encourage you to explore other therapists who may be a better match!
If we move forward with working together and somewhere along the way I no longer seem like the best match for your needs (maybe you’re in a different stage in your life, have different therapy needs, are seeking a different modality etc.) I invite you to share freely about this so you can explore what direction you may like to go next!

I understand that unexpected things arise at times! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I gently request that you provide me with as much advanced notice as possible (with a minimum of 24 hours notice).
For cancelled or missed appointments with less than 24 hours of notice, 50% of the full fee will be charged.
For missed appointments with no prior notice, the full fee will be charged.
Either of these fees may be waived in the event of severe illness or a medical emergency.
