    • I can support you with harnessing the natural wisdom of your body to develop new ways of responding to your environment so you can feel less bound to the past and more aligned with the present.

      • This may look like exploring posture, breath, grounding exercises, movement and more, that can provide you with insights on what feels good.

    • I may assist you with you with reconnecting with existing somatic resources and developing new ones to feel more at home and comfortable in your being.

    • Your body can feel more like a powerful partner rather than a barrier or enemy.

    • I can support you with reuniting with your true essence despite the challenges you have experienced in life.

      • This could also include connecting with your ancestral identity and/ or developing a relationship with elements of the natural world around you that can spark wonder, strength, joy, and a remembrance of a special unity that is always present if we are open to listen.

    • I can partner with you as you walk towards the uncertainty that can come with significant life transitions so you can feel supported within yourself and externally.

    • I can assist you with nourishing what brings you joy, comfort, and ease, even if that might be hidden in shadows or may feel lost.

      • This may look like increasing orientations towards what is going well in your day, that week, or that month despite difficulties that may coexist— which can then be expanded somatically, emotionally, and cognitively.

    • I can hold a container for somatic impulses to be processed along with the painful emotions and beliefs that may be tied to them.
